Does anyone know of a source for a tool roll for tranporting turning tools to and fro??? Or even a pattern to make one?

Tool rolls are not complicated. If someone in your life has a sewing machine, he/she could knock it out for you in no time.

I got my Fiance to sew me one, I love it! Its basically a large rectangle, heavy canvas, about 16wx30h, fold up the bottom 6" or so, sew partitions, attach a shoelace to tie.

OK, I'm going to be the Grinch that tells it like it is. You can find what you want by going shopping and looking up for yourself. These are not rare, or strange items. Any hardware store or big box discount store will have them. Same with those who sell woodworking tools. Just read their catalogs. And, OH!, you can also use that high tech miracle called Google.
