Actually, I would be a little hesitant to judge a kid that age too harshly for that particular lapse. Don't get me wrong, he may be an obnoxious little monster who's only redeeming value is as an advertisement for birth control, but he's probably only parroting what he learned at home. Now his parents would probably richly deserve a good old fashioned wall-to-wall counseling session. For the kid, a few months of involuntary volunteer work at the local VA hospital would probably shape him up immensely. I think the teacher is on the right track here.
