About to tackle a M3 metal pen blank. Any tips on tools and finishing??

Wear gloves when finishing with the polish that comes with it. Else your hands will be black for a week.

Only use sandpaper..... any kind of tool will blow it apart or will have a rick factor you do NOT want to have. To polish it out... wet MM all the way.

Knock the corners off with a sander; Use a carbide tipped tool for turning; Dust Collection is a must! Wear gloves when polishing.
