i hope this will help out someone . when i first started doing cigars the bushing drove me nuts trying to keep them straight , i try to put the nib / tip end at the head stock as it would have less movement if things are out of aligment.
so i marked the bushing . one mark at the head stock two marks center lower end , three marks on upper center and four marks on the upper tail stock end . now its easy to know what bushing goes where with out measuring each bushing .
i marked the trimming sleeve, then ca over it so it wouldnt rub off

Thanks for the tip. I have a few cigars now that I will be making for the first time. I've kind of slowed down now that it is -0 in the evenings and the shop gets kind of cool. I will put your ideas to good use soon!!!
