Tiny screws and bolts

So looking at that pen that won Best of IAP I'm wondering where do you get those little tiny bolts and screws? I looked a the hardware store and they have nothing even close. any ideas?

Just type in miniature bolts and screws. Here's the first of many that came up.

Also there are knife kit sellers that sell small torx and shc. Ebay will have them as well. MY ace hardware store carries them but I can order bags of a hundred for what the want for one or two.

Here is a website I use for micro screws for mu train hobby, very reasonable.
