I ordered some bottle stoppers and other items, and sent an email to ask why it was sent in two boxes - and he called to let me know that he had to ship in two boxes, due to the weight of the items, and to mitigate any extra customs fees (hopefully) - and he took the time to talk to me about the advantages and disadvantages of the different shipping options, and when each system works better.
I've always had excellent customer service from Timberbits - and while Australia is a long way away, great customer service knows no borders!
