This is not to knock anyone else's service, because I've been blessed with great service from all the vendors and companies I've ordered from in the past. The service at Timberbits is phenomenal. Order originates on Monday from Australia and I wake up Saturday morning with my order on the porch in Chattanooga. Did I mention it was free shipping? WOW!! I don't know how he does it, but I'm glad he does.

They must have been sleeping at the wheel on your order. Mine arrived in 2 days. Of course Chattanooga is a little further.

But seriously, the travel time to get packages from them is outstanding. But they still have to get them out fast for the quick delivery to happen, and that's the mark of customer service. Well, at least 1 of them.

And as you say, many of our vendors do the same.
