I ordered some pen supplies from Timberbits in December. When it didn't show up after 6 weeks (they say it will take up to 4 weeks) I e-mailed them. They immediately rushed a replacement package to me at no additional cost. So they get a big cheer from me. I recommend them for their very good prices and great service. Oh and one other very cool feature is they only charge $5 for shipping from Australia to the US it just takes a while. :biggrin:
