I placed an order with timber turners on January 14th and received an email from them saying the order would be shipped by Friday. I assumed he ment the 18th. I checked my order status monday the 21st and it was marked as in process. On Tue. (22nd) I emailed asking him if he would let me know when my order would be shipped. I have not hearded from the company and my order is still listed as "in process".
