Tiger Red Padauk

Dose anyone know if the Tiger Red Padauk that BB sales is died red? I have a piece I turned down and finished. It looks really good until you look at it close. It does not look natural. There is a different looking red in the grain than anywhere else on the blank. It is a unique look that I am trying to get used to.

I've done several of these blanks and no I don't believe that they have been died. That kind of wood is very red, its one of my favorites, especially when it has a good curl to it.
