Yes. not the best or most even herringbone, but the happy result was a nice twist effect!

I love it. It's unique and looks great. Anything that isn't typical will always draw attention and this pen will do just that.
My only critique is that the barrels look a bit underturned. This is from a pen maker not a consumer as I am sure that won't be in your shop for long.

Definitely underturned at the cap end. Only by about .4mm diameter, though! It was underturned when I fitted the furniture the first time, so I stripped it and cut it down a bit more. The barrel is actually fine, now, but I didn't take enough off the cap.
