Three pen display/presentation?

I'm making a set of three el grande pens as a gift for someone. I'm not sure how to present them to him though. I'd sort of like to find some type of leather pouch holder, but have also thought about some type of box for them. Problem is that most of either of those type of things I see are for 2 pens at the most. Anyone have any brilliant ideas?

Have a look here, i have bought some of the larger cases off them before, good service. they have got a few different cases that will hold 3 pens.
