Thread size of Jr Gent II end cap

I though this had been discussed previously but my searched turned up nothing.

Does anyone know what size threads the Jr Gents II has where the end cap threads on? I believe it may be the same size as where the front section threads on.

I need to order a tap and die for this and I would like to make sure I order the correct size.

I don't know about the cap threads though, sorry!

Thanks Johnathon. It turns out that I already had a 8.5x1 tap. I now have a 8.4x1 die ordered.
