This was REALLY A Surprise!

Three weeks ago, I got home and there was a box of wood on my porch. It was from a "Flat" woodworker. There were two pieces that had Flames in the grain. One is Cherry and the other is Mulberry.

Here is a picture of the Mulberry:

And here is the pen I gave to Gene to say thank you for such a wonderful gift.

I delivered it to him at our club meeting this week. I hope he enjoys using it as much as I did watching it show off it's beauty!
