I wanted to make a couple of pens using Chiyogami paper. I couldnt find the cloth backed variety and had to get a chap to do his best casting the paper that I had, which was more like wrapping paper.
Another friend turned them ( I hate turning Acrylic ) They are on an Aquilo and an Etesia kit.

They are beautiful but do not compare to your segmented pens.

Those are awesome! Can you share more about the process? I'm not sure how you take paper and turn it into a pen blank :)
They are made by gluing the paper around the brass tube, sealing it, and clear casting them. Once turned, the paper is magnified by the resin and appears to take the shape of the finished pen.
