Today My Father Althurman Zesra Fox died.
Many of you know that I have not been active over the past few months, dealing with my dad's illness and other parts of Life.
I have felt all of the Love and Support from My IAP family and want you to know that I have not been ignoring you or the IAP.

My Heart is heavy and I dont know when I will turn again, but I am still about.

Thank you all for your love and support.

Jay

Jay,
I'm very sorry for your loss!
I understand what your going through .... I'm still dealing with the loss of my dad on Halloween. Since then I've lost three friends as well, two to cancer.
I have great memories of all of them but it still hurts to know they are gone.

Jay,

May peace be with you my friend. Your father has entered Other Room. He now will wait for you my friend so He can walk with you again forever.

God Bless you Jay

Jay, from my personnel experience, do not let anyone ever tell you that you have grieved enough already or that you need to do more of it. You will know what is right for you. My bride of 35 years passed in 2002. You never get over it. That means forgetting the lost love. The pain will dull slowly. For your own sanity an well being, find something to get your hands busy when you are ready. Have a very great friend, one that can tell you about your warts and still be your friend, stand by you and help tell you when you need to pick yourself back up and live for yourself and your family.
All our caring and sympathy can do nothing about your pain. Only you can live it, but live it you must. We care. That counts.
Charles
