It was an awful hit. I'm a huge Colts fan - and I was really worried the whole time Austin was on the ground. Still, I need to watch that over and over again because I am still not 100% convinced that hit was avoidable.

It's part of the "dumbing" of America. Soon it will be considered a "blood sport". Not much difference from the gladiators of Roman times. Look around you!!!!

Linda, I totally agree that it was not preventable. Definately not intentional as well. Just seems to be happening a lot this year.

Definitely looked like incidental contact to me. The first defensive player to make contact knocked him into the path of the 2nd. I think a penalty is ok (keep 'em honest) but I hope there are no fines. I think there should be obvious 'intent' before fines are levied.
