After 3 or so years of ordering from PSI, just wanted to say they have always shipped correctly and on time.
A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a 3 Cowboy Pen Starter Set. I knew at least two would go to my sister for her birthday. She lives in a town where they treat their horses better than the humans and go everywhere on horseback (church, saloon, store, post-office, etc.).
Anyway, in my hurry to complete the kits, the jig I made to press the center band on slipped ruining it.
I contacted PSI inquiring about a replacement just for the antique copper center band. Thinking I would have to write off this kit and just use it for parts in the future, last Friday, out of the blue, a small package arrived in the mail. It was the replacement center band from PSI at no charge!!
