Try to set aside an afternoon when you come up this way.
The wife and I are both former chefs and we always have plenty of homebrew on hand (beer and wine) We even roast our own coffee beans..

Sometimes, I think it would be fun to see how Simon Cowell ("American Idol") would comment on something so nice ...
My guess is, that he needs more fiber in his diet ... and needs to stop wearing those stupid tight T-shirts ... they look idiotic !

Rob,paela is not to hard at all,it turns real nice and takes a good finish,Jeff,only thing i'd like to hear from that nut case is he's going back where he came from.
