Tap and die sizes for Kit pen parts.

I found a great document that had listed the tap and die sizes for a lot of the kit pen threads. I thought I printed it but checked and it didn't print for some reason. I had closed it out and can't find it now. Anyone know were to look. I have been looking for a couple days now but no luck. But have found a lot of other great information.

There are some kits here...
*IAP library-Tips, Tools, & Jigs > Tap and Die Selection for Kitless Pen Making.

There are a few "kit" pens tap sizes listed towards the bottom.
