Suprise in yesterdays mail

Received a package i the mail yesterday. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what it could be as everything I had ordered lately had already come in.
When I opened the box, there was a note from a customer and fellow IAP member (who shall remain nameless). It said in part that he was returning some CA glue that was wrapped around some walnut that was wrapped around a mini-mag flash light.
I would like to publically thank him again for the wonderful gesture.

That package has been OPENED!!!

No longer in saleable condition!!

Clearly beyond five days!!!

Send it back, he didn't pay attention to the RULES!!

(I guess that doesn't happen EVERYWHERE, huh???)
Great customer service HAS it's rewards--couldn't happen to a nicer vendor!!

Geez, I'm going to have to start selling some merchandise, have really good prices and excellent customer service - and then maybe I'll get one of those in the mail too..

On second thought, I'll leave that to you - sounds too hard!
