Don't forget that you need to buy an insert for it to fit your lathe. I think it only comes bundled from KMS tools - most other places have you buy it separate.
If it didn't ask what threading your lathe is, then you have to buy an insert as well!
(I have that chuck, and I love it!)

If your lathe is 1"x8 that insert that Woodcraft sells is not made by Nova and I have heard of problems with it. CSUSA has the 1"x8 insert. You might give them a call I have had them price match before.

I already have an insert for this chuck, my big lathe takes a 1 1/4-8 thread. So I only needed the chuck. Robbie
