Step drill and mandrel for Pentel pencils

I am looking to purchase the mandrel (with bushings) and step drill for the Pentel pencil conversion. Yes, I have investigated the other methods that don't require these items and have been successful at making them. I'd just like to try something different than what I have been doing. I've been in contact with Rick but he stopped making the mandrels some time back. The other site I found on the web is perpetually out of stock. I'm open to other sources.
