Torsion was the original name and posting because of the torsion spring that opens to release the pen ink tube. Features have been added which include a piece of aluminum which had been thrown in the trash and retrieved four times. that is why it is now known as the 'junkyard Torsion' pen. This is the last of the far left wing fantasy style pens for a while. Now we are leaning toward the right wing, streamlined fountain pens.
