Steampunk blank for Jr. Emperor

I'd like to make my son a special pen for Christmas. He's always liked pocket watches so I figured a steampunk pen would be right up his alley. Can anyone help me out with a steampunk blank for a Jr. Emperor pen? I can supply the tubes if necessary. Thanks!
