Just finished loading up the tank with a 1/2 dozen blanks and Cactus Juice when my pump died!!! Can I leave the blanks in the juice for a couple of days while I get a new pump or should I taken them out? Please don't tell to to just throw them away.

ps: I would love some recommendations for a cheap pump.

You need to take them out of your chamber. Just put them in a plastic bowl and let them soak till you get a new pump. If you leave the resin in your chamber to long it will start to craze and have surface cracks in it .

Let me elaborate. My chamber is a old pickle jar and the pump was a Harbor Freight Brake-Bleeder hand pump.

Knowing that should I still transfer the blanks (and juice) into a different container?

ALSO, I am prepared to buy the complete Cactus Cool chamber system if someone can guide me to a pump that is under $200.

No! you will be fine as long as its a glass jar.

While you are waiting for definitive answers go check your local pawn shop for a vacuum pump. I picked up a nice ~$300 value one at a pawn shop for $100.

As to the juice I would stick the whole container with a lid in the fridge until I had my new vacuum system setup. I store my c-juice in the fridge also.
