stabilize blanks

How can one stabilize burl blanks. I'm sure there are lots of instruction on this here.

Just search "stabilizing", "stabilized", "stabilize", and maybe a few variations on spelling. You'll find out about everything you wanted to know and probably some you didn't want to know also.
