goin on 3 years of drought down here, just got rain the other day(around 1.25") but not enough to make a difference. Lake levels are around 38% capacity. Temps today are gonna be around 73

My "Work" home has been raining like crazy for two weeks! My "Home" home is good enough to plant tomatos and beans!

Looks like old man winter doesn't want to leave for a while..... that is expected in alaska but I wish he would stop visiting us. 2" of heavy wet snow on the driveway this morning with another 4-6" expected by the end of the weekend.

Love the hat ... nothing better to keep warm.

Bruce

My weather can't make up it's mind. 60's one day 40's the next with night time temps in 30's. Grounds still to froze to get it ready for vegetable garden. The concrete in the shop however has warmed up enough that it's pretty much a constant 45 degrees in there and jumps to 55 by mid day which is perfect temps for me to work in.

Today Is Drill Dr. day for me. Get those bits nice and sharp.

Mid 80s here just rained last night and some of this morning. We needed it. Typical Florida weather. 2 weeks of winter and 50 weeks of summer.

we just had 4 inches of rain, with temps in the high 30's and low 40's for the last 4 days but today the sun is out and the temps are going to the high 60's low 70's, hope it dries out so I can mow. The grass in back is out of hand.

Well, maybe not as extreme as Rick, but we are due to get a couple inches of snow tonight.

Really not sure who made mother nature angry at us this season!

"Mid 70's here in Pearland, Texas (just south of Houston). Looks FRIGID! in that pic."

-25 with a 50-75mph wind and nothing too slow it down! Was worse ridding the sled into the wind! I ended up with surface frost bite on my nose and cheeks and a small spot of full thicknes frost bite on the under side of my nose.

Here the trees are starting to bud. Didn't snow this year. Little rainy. I know you can get used to cold winters, I grew up with them but I don't miss them all that much.

Still cool here, 7 deg. C. But no snow and the crocus's are in full bloom in the flower garden. no envy for your winters at all Rick. Didn't mind them when I was young but now my idea of a good winter day is throw another log on the fireplace and watch it through the window.

damp and cold one day and tolerable the next (here we consider 40s cold and 30s real cold. 20s keeps us inside all day) warm yesterday and today though, my first dog walk of the season in a Tee shirt. Overall December and January were warmer than normal and February and March colder than usual. All winter has been wetter than usual but with virtually no snow or ice.

Rick G, my bud Isaac from Nuiqsut rode back to town with me to get supplies. He and I are already making plans for next winter! I love the challenges the far north offers!

I do think a Hawaii hunt is over due though............sun, sand, surf and roast hog!
