Spotted an interesting pen today.....

I was at the hospital where they were having a large jewelery sale. Mostly cheap crap. At the end on one table they had a pen. It was a twist pen, but it was very short. I was styled like a european pen. I pulled it open and the insert was what appeared to be a short Cross refill. Does anyone know of a place that sells short Cross inserts? It was about 1" to 1.5" shorter than a normal one. It had a nice balance and definitely had the "cute" factor for the women folk.

I am very reluctant to sell pens with refills that are not available at the stores, even it a common refill could be shortened.

Made some, the refill tends to fall out. The top is a friction fit on the refill and screws into a normal slimline tranny...[]
