I realize that we're all fighting spam. Believe me, I know what a problem it is. Because the admin email account must be exposed in various ways to run this web site, I get lots. Yesterday I got over 300 emails, 90% of which were spam. That's not the point of this posting however.
Here's the point: Lots of you are using various spam defenders, traps, blockers, filters, etc. Many of these send back a challenge email when you get an email from our server for a topic subscription or from another member. Those challenge emails eventually find their way into my mailbox. The volume of email I get prevents me from responding to each of these challenges. (For those who don't know, the challenge email is intended to verify that the sender of the email is not a spambot)
So, PLEASE, add the domain penturners.org to your whitelist (allowed list, whatever your software calls it...) so that email from yout topic subscriptions and from other members will get through to you.
