Spalted Silver Maple Bowl

It's been a while since I was able to get into the shop and make anything.
Here's my latest bowl from Silver Maple. I love how this wood spalts.
Measures 5 1/2"Ø x 3 1/2"
Finished with Beeswax.
Simple and straightforward.

Excellent! Was it pure beeswax or refined? I know of some beekeepers in the area. Burned the info on the base? Thanks for sharing.

This was beeswax I purchased off Amazon. AFAIK, it is unrefined except being filtered and poured into slabs about 1" x 3" x 3/8". Very lite yellow.
All the beekeepers in my area horde their wax to make candles and soap.

Yes, Wood Burner from Walmart, set on high. Wood Burner (I noticed Walmart doesnt have that model any more, at least at my Walmart).
