8 1/4" x 3 1/4"
Friction Polish.

This one got a little thinner than I was expecting but worked out great. Really deep and has a bigger bottom edge.

Very very nice... wish I still had a little more of the spalted maple.... it's always well received at my shows.
I made mine (well sort of). I took some Maple logs, tilted them upright, and put anchor wax over the top. Then let them sit through the winter and start cutting into them in March/April. It was really good timing. I just roughed out my last bowl blank. I've got some old and ends, but they'll take a while to fully dry. I think? I have about 7-8 more rough outs drying...and I'll be done with the spalted bowls. And I have a bunch of walnut to get to as well.
