I am looking for thin Delrin sheets...anyone knows a source for this?

I am planning on using them as bushing spacer...much easier than turning my own Delrin bushings (I think) :D

I do have a rod that I can slice but I doubt I can easily make flat discs out of them.

Thanks for any leads!

Try using the pastic gizmos on bread bags when they don't use wire ties.
The tops of soda bottle caps.
Milk bottle caps(there's a LOT of plastic in those)
Look around you, there are loads of free options that are machined to a uniform thickness that you throw away every day.

Eagles,

What I need is a material that CA won't stick to. That is why I am looking for Delrin.

I ordered the 1/8" thick sheet and I included Novus 1 and 2 since I am there anyway [:D]

I'll let you guys know if my idea works or not.

Ca won't "stick" to the stuff I already mentioned.
(well not permanently, it can be speparated)
CA also doesn't stick to clear packing tape.
Put a piece on the stuff I listed as insurance
