Yes there are several brands and they will differ. Now if you are just using it to glue up blanks then find the best bang for your buck as they all stick. :D
If you are using it for a finish IMHO there is a difference as to clarity in the finish. For finishes we have switched to ZAP brand which is more than double the price. It also does not have near the fumes that the EZ-Bond does. EZ-Bond does make an odorless which again is fine for segmenting and gluing tubes but it is more expensive than the standard EZ-Bond.

Read the thread...thought I would give it a try and placed my order. Don't think you can go wrong with these prices and all the positive comments about the quality.

Scott-n-Ky,
It's not often you see Mitch Hedburg quotes. My son and I loved the guy, well the sense of humor for sure. Our favorite skit was about homemade sprite. "They say it's only lemon and lime. I can tell you there is more in there than that."

What is the best source for CA?
Do brands differ, or is it best to get the most for your buck?
Thanks

Your local hobby shop. Don't pay for shipping unless you absolutely have to, the stuff is quite readily available.

You will find 1/2 oz up to 4 oz bottles in thin, medium and thick consistencies. I use ZAP products and pay $5.00 per 2oz bottle. The owner thinks I drink the stuff because I buy so much until I gave him a pen and told him "that's your ca". He was very happy!
