Seven day fishing trip off Baja at the "Ridge". Many of mine were 70+ pound yellowfin tuna with some just 50#. Notice they are fat indicating great taste. You absolutely knew when you were on a fish- they can really pull. The other fish are sheep head supposedly good luck on long range boats.

Awesome playtime pics. Just curious how you deal with the catch - personal, sale, etc??? Years ago Walleye fishing in Lake Erie the captain got a share (not any problem with us), it was a great day.

I kept two 70# tuna. I turned them into a processor to have them filleted and vacuum sealed. It is pricey at $1.85/pound in the whole to yield 40% for me. Most of those packages were given to friends and my local firefighters. I froze 4 for me consumption. Yummy seared ahi!!!

The rest of the catch 13 tuna and five yellowtail were donated to a church in San Diego.
