some pens from a novice

Here are several of my pens. I have discovered that I love turning pens. They are relatively quick, the design and wood type possibilities are unlimited, and you have a nice project or gift when you finish. Some of these are the hybrids I posted about.
From left to right
walnut, yellowheart - canary,padauk,holly - kingwood - holly - yellowheart, padauk(my coral snake pen) - teak, yellowheart - lacewood.

any suggestions or recommendations on future pens will be appreciated.
