A bad day started this am when I woke up to the wife yelling about the house was flooding. 
The washing machine drain was not letting the water drain. Tried to unclog it myself being the guy that I am " have unclogged drains before " got the old 25 foot auger out and couldnt find the clog. So I decided to look under the house at the piping to see if I could find a different access port. While under the house "lucky it has a 2 1/2 foot crawl space under the whole house" found 4 snakes 2 copperheads 1 bull snake and 1 rattler " will be hunting for the rattler and the copper heads later ". I ended up getting bit by 2 spiders. :frown:
Ok I give up call the plumber out to fix it. While waiting for the plumber I will go to the workshop and make a few pens. Ended up blowing 5 out of 7 HRWB blanks. ok ok Ill go inside for a bit. Plumber comes finds the problem. Great one thing done and fixed.
Been waiting on a few new toys to be shipped a jet jdp-12 drill press a jet jwbs-10os band saw and other goodies shipped from my parents in Colorado last week when I was there. They were suppose to be delivered today. Get excited can see a fedex truck pull into my driveway. The driver gets out and he is carrying the top half of the drill press only. WTF where is the rest of it and he says that is all there is. Now I packed this last week myself it was bolted to 3/4" plywood inside the box so was the band saw.
Call fedex and ask what is going on and start a claim. Asked what about the other box that was with it and they cant find it. I cant submit a claim on that box yet until they track it witch will take 3 or 4 days to see what happened to it.
Had on the box fragile this end up stickers on the box and fedex said " it doesnt matter what is on the outside of the box ""ie the stickers"" we dont pay attention to them it must be tipped over on its side to go on the conveyor belt."
Now have to find receipts for everything that was in there and hope they can find the rest of the shipment.
What else can happen today????? Guess its time for a single malt scotch and a good cigar and just wait for it!!!!!!!! :biggrin:
