It seems I glued one of my bushings to my mandrel. I have a set of non- stick bushings, but I keep forgetting that. Any suggestions for how to release the bushing without ruining the tube?

Acetone should get it loose.

Yup, soak it in the acetone.

You just may ruin the finish on the blank....but can sand and refinish once the bushing is free.

SOAK is the key word. It may take overnight. Sometimes it is quicker.
