I feel your pain Dan....we were pushing 85 here in South Texas today. And if that wasn't bad enough, we had a slight breeze too. (Sorry, couldn't resist). In all honesty, we hardly see ANY winter here, so thanks for the pics for those of us that actually do like to see the seasons change.

Got about 8" on the ground in Southern Maine and it's still coming down. Wet heavy stuff, perfect for snow balls not so perfect for shoveling.

Big cold storm with lots of snow headed East out of Califonia. We are going to have a good water year. Snow in the Sierras means plenty of water in the Valley for farming, recreation and to send south to LALA land.
Maybe we will have a good Striped Bass and spring Salmon runs.

My son the truck driver was up in Maine earlier this week... he parked his truck, went to bed to a cold but clear and beautiful night... work up with 8" of snow on the hood of the truck...

Been snowing here almost every day for the last week too. Finally we beat Oklahoma for total snowfall. That storm Thursday night was one of the worst ones I've been through in a long time, with all the rain, sleet, snow and extreme winds. Took me 8 hrs to finish my run home which is normally 5 hrs drive. I was so tired, I got nothing done when I made it back.
