I needed to complete a LeRoi Elegant LB today and since it was my first time with this kit, had some questions regarding the assembly processt. Smitty came to my rescue (ON A SUNDAY) and answered all my questions, so I was able to complete the order and present the pen, as promised, to SWMBO :biggrin:. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
