SmartDraw at work

I just got SmartDraw installed at work, and was messing with it. Any pointers on this software?

You missed the step I sometimes overlook - what kit to use????

This would be a great flowchart for all the newbies (and me)

I don't know anything about the software, bu I don't see where the pen gets a finish.

I have never used the software but you should consider using a flow chart format instead of a fishbone (issikawa) diagram which is more suited for problem solving.

I had a few minutes before I could clock out and was just trying out the software. The fishbone is something the President of the Company likes, so our bosses are pushing them. There are only 6 of us out of 40 or so in the department that got the software. If you look at the bottom, last 2, they details are not in chronological order. And yes there are several things missing. Clean water, CA glue finish, inspect the blank, select the kit, paint the tube, take a drink, clean the work area (ha like we do that), etc.
