First off, Happy New Year everyone!!
Just have a quick question. What is the slimmest click pen kit? My wife is looking for one for her checkbook and she really wants a click. I see the Slimline Pro from PSI, but the instructions do not list the bushing dimensions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
 
I believe the SLP is about the thinnest "component set" type pen available. It comes in at real close to 3/8". A couple years back I was looking for the same thing for a customer request but was unable to find any pen kit that was less then the SLP. That being said I did discover some smaller components that may be usable to make a slimmer "kit-less" click pen. See the info in this thread.
 
JD, thank you for the reply. Now that you pointed me to that thread, I remember looking at it. Unfortunately, I believe that is a little (translated completely) out of my comfort zone right now. So far (with the exception of the recent PITH) only family members have seen my work. Kitless and major modifications do interest me, just haven't ventured there yet. Thanks again.
