I think I should be able to apply and be allowed to slap one person a day. It could be like a punch card.
Examples:
I work in a cubicle and will put in my headphones, may or may not listen to anything, so people will leave me alone so I can get done what I need to. It never fails the guy next to me will need help. Or "what are we doing for lunch?" I get along with him, it's just sometimes he is rather annoying. This morning we were talking about what we did when we got home. I told him I had to replace a part on my water pump, and finished about 3 minutes after it started pouring. 20 minutes later he asks if I got any rain out my way....
I think since so many parents do not teach their kids how to act I should be allowed to pop those kids. We were in a buffet this past weekend, and my wife comes back and tells me about this girl (probably 9 or 10 years old). My wife said there was a line of about 25 or 30 people working their way around the buffet. Everyone seemed nice and polite, well this girl walks up to an older woman (probably 70 years old) and says "Excuse you." See I think that kid needs an attitude adjustment. If my daughters ever did that I would have a major problem, and my daughters would know they did wrong.
