Slimmest one-tube click pen? Does anyone know of any one-tube click pen kits slimmer than Blade, Longclicker, or Tenacious?

Does anyone know of any one-tube click pen kits slimmer than Blade, Longclicker, or Tenacious? I ask because many pen kits are a little large or heavy for people with small hands to use on a daily basis.

Modify a slimline into a single tube pen, it doesn't get slimmer then that.

What about the PSI Cortona. It is an 8mm, single barrel twist with a Cross refill.

Thanks for the suggestions! I've tried the PSI Saxa, and like it. I even tried the Icon from PSI. I don't like the fact that it uses a BIC refill, but the design of the pen I do like, and it's uncommon. I will work my way up to making a one-barrel out of a click that was designed for two barrels.
