Slimlines from a place that means a lot to me....

Although I don't enjoy production runs (and 6 might not seem much of a production run to many) this was a treat.

These are Fancy Slimlines from CSUSA, a favorite pen kit of mine. You will note an 'enhancement' that I enjoy....the addition of a piece of metal set at an angle in the lower body of the pen. I REALLY wish I was a better photographer (like my friend Peter), but it is what it is.

My friend that got me started in this hobby has moved, so pen turning isn't quite what it used to be for me. Add to that the isolation of the COVID pandemic and I don't get to the lathe like I used to......

Thank you for the comment. I like the inlay; I think it makes a nice touch. I am trying some plastic in three pens next.
