Very good job with the inlays but I think the pen would have had a much smoother look if you just forgot about the centerband. You obviously have the skill for a custom centerband, I'd go that route.

Although it hurts, I have to agree with Skye. I do not care for the "wasp" look. That aside, very nice job. The wood combos, are really nice. Great finish and job on the swirls.
