What is the slimmest (smallest OD) rollerball kit?

William Wood-Write has a Budget Snap Cap RB that uses an 8mm tube. Bushing diameters are 10.5mm.

That's the slimmest one that I know of, but there might be others of similar size.

That's the one - it looks like an RB version of the Editor/Tiny Giant BP. Both use the same bushings.
