what's on the list to see that maybe isn't in the mainstream these days?
Just finished Gnomeo and Juliet, which is quite enjoyable really.
Picked up Hall pass (blue dotted, so you have to pay) and Mission Impossible I since it has been SO many years since I have seen it, I won't recall anything about it.
Since we got a blu-ray player and a true 1080P tv, I'm still dropping my jaw at how good some of this stuff looks..
BUT Twister on Blu-ray was a dissappointment. I wanted that one for the sound-track, figuring it would rattle the media room and swirl all around with the surround sound. But, it's lame on base, and only 5.1, which never really seemed to get cranked up. 7.1 is pretty wicked if they do it correctly. Something more along the lines of Avatar in the forest with the black dogs circling around be hind you..
