Just getting started with these. Simple BLO and CA finish. I may try that Diamond Clear on a few.

Haven't made any stoppers in a while, but when I did, Black Palm makes an absolutely stunning stopper! Also, when I was making them, I found that threading the hole in the wood prior to screwing on the stopper prevented the wood from splitting. Ruined some real pretty ones! May want to try that. Nice job on the first one.

It is definitely African Padauk. There used to be a card on one of the displays with a list of the abbreviations.
