I'm thinking about getting into some of the Sierra style pens since there are a few pre-drilled blanks out there made only for the Sierra. My question is...does anyone know if the Majestic Squire found on the PSI site is the same basic pen as the Sierra when blank and tube are concerned? I would like to use the Majestic Squire kit, but use a blank made for the Squire...will this work?

I don't think they are interchangeable because the Sierra uses a longer 27/64" tube and the squire uses a shorter smaller 3/8" tube.

Absolutely not. The Majestic squire uses a smaller diameter drill, the tube is smaller diameter, and shorter as well. The bushing sizes are different also.
Nothing will interchange between a Sierra and a Majestic Squire.
